Lumi ABA Why Lumi

Parenting is stressful. Throw in an ASD, ADHD, or other diagnosis and the stress levels climb exponentially. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services might be available, but how many loops must one jump through to get started? If you live in a large city, you may have several options nearby. However how long is the waitlist for services? Options feel limited.

For those receiving services, what role are you given in your child’s programming plan? Parents are the primary teachers. You experience the most face time and share the longest learning history with your children. As clinicians, we focus on a child’s skills and behaviors first, but often we don’t take the time to support and empower our parents.

A child’s achievement in ABA Therapy is highly dependent on the involvement, training, and care for each parent. Imagine having an accessible and supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that addresses your individual needs, barriers, and challenges. ABA programming that empowers parents to work through difficult goals with confidence and calm.

Parenting is hard. ABA Therapy can feel inaccessible. I am here to help illuminate the path.
